Roles we are recruiting for:
Site Manager
You will lead the project as a whole, focusing on schedule, quality, work environment, and budget. You drive collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and your own team.
Construction Supervisor
You oversee daily operations on site, coordinate resources, ensure that work follows drawings and quality standards, and support the team in the day-to-day production.
Your profile

Experience in managing concrete or infrastructure projects as a Site Manager or Supervisor.

Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.

Confident in driving health & safety and quality standards.

Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written); a driver’s license is an advantage.

Preferred qualification: Certification in cast-in-place concrete, Class I–U.
